Livora Connect is a professional social support ecosystem. To keep our community safe, healthy, and respectful, all members must comply with these guidelines.

1. 100% Platonic & Professional Focus

This platform is strictly for social companionships (movies, café, dining, travel walks, senior assistance, medical visits). Sexual services, physical solicitation, escort bookings, or commercial dates are absolutely prohibited.

Violating this rule results in an immediate lifetime ban, loss of wallet balance, and potential coordination with local law enforcement.

2. Safe Public Venues ONLY

To ensure personal safety, all booked companion sessions must happen in well-populated public places (e.g. Starbucks, shopping malls, public parks, libraries, official events).

Never book or accept meetups in hotel rooms, private apartments, or secluded locations.
Always verify the companion's profile photo and verification badge inside the app before greeting them.
Use the in-app chat for coordination to maintain record logs.

3. No Offline / Cash Transactions

To prevent scams and secure companion payouts, all financial transactions must go through the platform's secure **Escrow Wallet system**.

Do not offer or accept cash payments, direct bank transfers, or offline transactions.
Offline payment suggestions should be reported immediately. The system is not responsible for refunding cash losses.

4. Mutual Respect & Consent

Treat companions with kindness. Respect boundaries, comfort levels, and booking durations. Any form of harassment, stalking, offensive speech, or non-consensual behavior is met with a zero-tolerance suspension policy.
