Livora Connect strictly facilitates legal, non-sexual, platonic social companionship. Escort services, adult solicitation, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited and result in instant bans and legal escalation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using Livora Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a Member or Companion on Livora Connect. Mandatory Aadhaar/PAN photo ID check is enforced.
3. Public Venue & Code of Conduct
All social meetups must take place in public venues (cafes, malls, cinemas, restaurants, public events). Private home or hotel room bookings are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
4. Escrow Payment & 80/20 Split
Payments for companion sessions are locked safely in Escrow. Companions earn 80% of session fees upon successful completion verification, while 20% is retained for platform safety operations.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately if they violate our platonic guidelines, attempt off-platform bypass payments, or harass community members.
