Livora Connect is strictly an Emotional Wellness, Stress Relief, and Professional Platonic Companionship Platform. We provide active listening, loneliness alleviation, and verified public activity companions (e.g. cinema outings, shopping assistance, dining conversations, elder care).
LIVORA CONNECT IS NOT A DATING, MATRIMONIAL, ROMANTIC, OR ADULT SERVICE. Dating solicitation, romantic engagement, escorting, or sexual activities of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate lifetime ban, forfeiture of wallet balance, and criminal reporting to law enforcement authorities.
1. Nature of Services (Emotional Wellness & Lifestyle Assistance)
Livora Connect provides an online technology platform facilitating peer-to-peer bookings for verified emotional support, active listening, and public lifestyle accompaniment. All services provided through the platform are non-medical, non-clinical, consent-first, and strictly platonic. By registering an account, you agree to comply with all terms herein.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a Member or Companion on Livora Connect. Mandatory Aadhaar/PAN photo ID check is enforced.
3. Public Venue & Code of Conduct
All social meetups must take place in public venues (cafes, malls, cinemas, restaurants, public events). Private home or hotel room bookings are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
4. Escrow Payment & 80/20 Split
Payments for companion sessions are locked safely in Escrow. Companions earn 80% of session fees upon successful completion verification, while 20% is retained for platform safety operations.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately if they violate our platonic guidelines, attempt off-platform bypass payments, or harass community members.
