1. Escrow Session Cancellations & Refunds

Session fees are held in Escrow until the session ends. If a companion fails to show up or cancels the booking, your session fee is 100% refunded to your wallet or source account immediately.

2. Cancellation Timelines

Cancellations 4+ hours before session: 100% full refund.
Cancellations within 2-4 hours of session: 90% refund (10% companion compensation fee).
Companion No-Show: 100% instant refund + companion penalty.

3. Processing Timeline

Refunds approved by our support team are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
